Are you a pregnant woman in crisis, experiencing an unplanned or unwanted pregnancy?
You might be struggling with the idea that you might have to "give up" your newborn baby if you choose the adoption option. Instead, through open adoption, you have the opportunity to make a loving choice about your child's future by choosing from qualified adoptive families who are eager to become parents. You also have the option of maintaining contact with the adoptive parents after the baby's birth.
Adoption Paths, LLC is not an adoption agency or law firm. As a registered adoption facilitator, our priority is to help you create your personal plan that’s best for you and your baby. We provide compassionate support to pregnant women, offering support and peer adoption counseling to guide you through the difficult decisions that face you.
All of our services to pregnant women are free, and are available to you regardless of race, ethnicity, age, religion, or income.
Sara Lively of Adoption Paths brings empathy and expertise to her support for prospective birth parents. An adoptive mother herself in a fully open relationship with her child’s birth family, she previously worked for twelve years with women and children in crisis. For several years, she has served as a high respected adoption professional who’s extraordinarily sensitive to the challenges of placing babies for adoption.
Based in the Santa Cruz area of Northern California, Adoption Paths serves expectant women from all of California, including San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento, and the Central Valley. In Southern California, we are available to pregnant women throughout the Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego areas. We also help women from other parts of the United States (from Alaska to Arkansas to Pennsylvania) to find loving homes for their babies through adoption. We're available anytime to help you.
